Looking for a stress-free way to celebrate your child's birthday with their friends? Our Birthday Party Packages have got you covered! We've designed them to create unforgettable memories for your child and their guests, while taking the pressure of organizing the party off your shoulders.
Our packages are suitable for kids aged 6 to 18, although children under 7 may require some help from parents during certain activities. The best part? You get to pick the activities and sports that your child and their friends will enjoy the most.
Our experienced BCIS Party Host will take care of everything, ensuring that the party runs smoothly and the kids have a blast. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the fun unfold!

Please note that if you do not wish to have the nerf component we can remove this for more sports or other activities.
Package includes;
- 2 hr total booking time
- 90 mins of game activities - 3 x 30 min activities of your choice
- 30 mins in your designated Party Area for food, cake, presents etc
- All equipment & safety gear provided (just ensure all attendees have enclosed footwear suitable for sports!)
- Up to 16 kids

Extras for your party
If you want to bring extras for your party we allow;
We allow;
- Cakes (fridge / freezer space available if required)
- Soft drinks
- Party Food (chips, lollies ect)
- Decorations (no confetti / glitter / pinatas please!)
- For NERF WARS kids can also bring their own NERF Blasters
Things we do not allow;
- Alcoholic drinks (licensed venue)
- Drinks or food on courts
- Aggressive behavior
- Disrespectful language
- Damaging equipment
Children must wear enclosed shoes at all times. No bare feet on sports courts as a safety precaution and to avoid injury.

Party Booking Form
Why do bookings need confirmation?>
To ensure that all our parties are allocated correctly, and to allow enough time for all parties at our venue, we require all bookings to be tentative until confirmed by our administration and Party booking managers.
You will receive an email or phone call to confirm the availability for your party request. Once the details are finalised you will receive a confirmation email with your bookings details included for your reference.
